“There’s a lot of synergy, ” said Executive Chef Phil Butler regarding the local procurement of raw ingredients in a recent feature by the Daily Record. “Locations are, at most, a couple hours away, which gives us flexibility to deal with local businesses farms and seafood suppliers.”
